If you struggle with anxiety, panic attacks and just your overall mental health then run and buy these. I was able to completely get off my anxiety medications because they made me relapse. Since I started using Be Yourself and I cannot even say good things about these. I am able to work, drive and simply just function. When my anxiety was at its worse I would not even get inside my car, it was horrible absolutely horrible. I would run out of a store in a panic for no good reason. I was a mess. These have literally saved me and I told my doctor. No more meds for me just these. Dosage is different for everyone. Originally I started with 1 capsule every 3 days (2 days off in between dosage) and then I upped my dosage to 2 capsules and I feel this is perfect for me.
